Springfield, Vermont – On March 8th Frank Sanville was discharged from the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, where he received treatment for injuries he sustained during the incident at 479 Happy Hollow Road prior to being located by police.   The Vermont Department of Corrections has revoked Sanville’s current furlough sentence and upon his hospital discharge he was taken to the Southern State Correctional Center in Springfield, Vermont 

 

On Monday March 12, 2018 the Office of the Windsor County State’s Attorney will be filing charges with the Windsor Superior Court, Criminal Division.  Sanville’s arraignment date for the first degree Murder charge has yet to be determined by the court, but is expected to be either Tuesday or Wednesday of next week.  Inquiries about the arraignment date can be referred to the Windsor County State’s Attorney Office during Monday afternoon.    At this time there is no mugshot photo available for Sanville and one will be available post arraignment.
