A former Rhode Island man will be arraigned on January 16th  in Grafton County Superior Court on First and Second Degree murder charges.  Law Enforcement officials said that Travis Frink was  indicted for the September 12th shooting death of his mother Pamela Ferriere who was in the intensive care unit at DHMC in Lebanon NH.


Mr. Frink was indicted for First-Degree Murder for purposely causing the death of Pamela Ferrier by shooting her multiple times and also additional alternative count of Second-Degree Murder for recklessly causing the death of Pamela Ferriere, under circumstances manifesting an extreme indifference to the value of human life, by shooting her multiple times.
