Travis Frink of Warwick RI was charged with the 1st Degree Murder of his mother Pamela Ferriere in Grafton Superior Court on Thursday.
Dartmouth Officials said, Ms. Ferriere was expected to go home on Friday and Travis Frink drove from RI to Dartmouth to see his mother. Frink asked his stepfather, Robert Ferriere to give a moment alone with his mother and shortly afterwards there were shots were fired and a code silver was called. According to officials, one Nurse witnessed the shooting.
Deputy Chief Medical Examiner Jennie Duval completed the autopsy on Pamela Ferriere and determined that Ms. Ferriere was shot four times with wounds to the chest, abdomen, and pelvis. Her cause of death was gunshot wounds causing blood loss and her manner of death was ruled a homicide.
Travis Fink is being held without bail.
