On April 14, 2016 at approximately 4:30PM the Lebanon Police Department, in cooperation with the New Hampshire Attorney Generals Drug Task Force, conducted a drug investigation at the Village at Crafts Hill apartment complex in West Lebanon.
Officers went to a residence and noticed signs of drug activity and the residence was secured pending a search warrant. While officers were on scene awaiting the warrant, a male subject attempted to climb the rear balcony to access the residence. This male was identified as: Steven Sarlo, age 49, of West Lebanon NH.
The drug investigation lead to the arrest of Sarlo who was charged with Conspiracy to Commit Falsification of Physical Evidence, a Class B Felony, also lead to the arrest of Juan Hernandez-Enriquez, age 24 of West Lebanon NH who was charged with Conspiracy to Commit Falsification of Physical Evidence and Possession of a Controlled/Narcotic Drug with the Intent to Distribute, both Class B Felonies. After executing the warrant, officers recovered approximately a pound of Marijuana and a small quantity of Butane Honey Oil.
Both Sarlo and Hernandez-Enriquez were released on personal recognizance bail with a court date of June 06, 2016.
