A report of a gunshot led Lebanon Police to a cache of drugs and the arrest of a Heater Road resident. Police say on Wednesday morning they received a call from a first floor resident of 139 Heater concerning a bullet lodged in her dining room floor. The woman reported she had heard a loud noise in the middle of the night and did not realize it was a gunshot until she discovered the bullet in the morning. The woman and police were concerned that a gunshot victim was in the second floor residence. Police gained entry to the upstairs apartment.
Upon entry officers found a male asleep inside a bedroom and, officers also observed a significant amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and evidence of drug distribution.
Officers secure the apartment, called detectives and obtained a search warrant. Lebanon Police, assisted by the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Drug Task Force and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), located more than one pound of Marijuana, PCP, Bath Salts, LSD, Hashish, Amphetamine pills and Butane Honey Oil. Also seized were 7 handguns, 3 shotguns, 4 assault rifles and several hundred rounds of ammunition and over $1,000 in cash.
Officers arrested Ryan Dionne 22, and charged with 3 counts of Possession of Controlled/Narcotic Drugs, 1 count of Possession of a Controlled/Narcotic Drug with Intent to Sell and 1 count of Reckless Conduct for discharging a firearm within the apartment. Dionne is being held at the Grafton County House of Correction on $50,000 cash bail
