Lebanon Police Seeks Public Help
The Lebanon Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a registered sex offender. There is an active arrest warrant for Jeffrey D. Gray, age 22, for Failing to Register as a Sex Offender, a Class B Felony. Gray is alleged to have moved from his last known address in Lebanon without providing notice, which is a violation of the law.
Gray was last known to be living on Mascoma Street in Lebanon, NH. He has ties to the Grafton, NH area and was last known to have been dropped off in Hartford, Vermont. Gray has no known address at this time. The Lebanon Police are seeking any help from the public in locating Gray.

Claremont Man Pled Guilty to Child Porn Charge
A Claremont NH man has pled guilty in a Federal Court on Thursday to possession child pornography. Acting United States Attorney Donald Feith said James Bednarcyk, 28 was identified after an undercover investigation in April of 2014 an investigation by VT Attorney General’s Office.
In September of 2014, a search warrant was executed for Bednarcyk’s Claremont residence and a computer was seized. The computer contained a substantial number of images and videos of child pornography.
Bednarcyk is scheduled for sentencing in April 2016. He faces a maximum prison term of 10 years, to be followed by term of at least 5 years of supervised release and a fine of up to$250,000.
Andover Man Died From Smoke Inhalation
Fire Officials say that Donald Gross 65, of 189 Kearsarge Road in Andover NH died from soke inhalation. There was NO Explosion as first reported. The cause of the fire was accidental in nature and included the use of ignitable liquids in close proximity to an open flame.
State Fire Marshal Degnan wants to remind everyone that gasoline, kerosene or other flammable liquids should never be used to start a brush fire. Do not allow small children to participate or stand nearby when lighting a brush fire. Stay with and monitor all outdoor fires until they are completely out.
Police Arrest Fugitive from Justice
Lebanon Police arrested a fugitive from justice on Thursday. Police say they received information that person wanted for dealing in stolen property in Florida was in Lebanon. After an investigation and surveillance, police arrested Joseph Peterson 25, of Wolf Road in Lebanon. Peterson was taken without incident and taken to Grafton County House of Corrections.
