A father and son from Barre VT were arrested on Thursday in Lebanon NH on multiple drug charges. Lebanon Police say they conducted a drug investigation at the Baymont Inn on information received from the Vermont State Police. Officers were told that father and son Dylan and Thomas Avery may be in possession of a large quantity of Heroin and Marijuana. Police seized approximately 1.6 ounces of marijuana and over 2,500 individually wrapped bags of heroin with a street value of over $50,000. Dylan Avery 18, of Barre, Vermont
was charged with controlled drug acts prohibited and controlled drug acts prohibited with intent to distribute. He was held on $50,000 cash bail.Thomas Avery 37 of Barre, Vermont was charged with controlled drug acts prohibited and released on $2,500 personal recognizance bail.
