A Lebanon NH man is charged with after he fired a gun. Police say they responded to Hanover Street after receiving a complaint of shots being fired. Police located Andrew Griffon, age 48, of Lebanon and determined he was the one who had fired the weapon. Giffon also is alleged to have fired shots from his Parkhurst Street apartment into his neighbors and caused a water leak after a bullet hit his neighbor’s toilet. Griffon was arrested on two counts of Felony Reckless Conduct, as well as criminal mischief. He was held at the Grafton County House of Corrections on $25,000 cash bail pending his arraignment at Lebanon District Court on November 20, 2015.
