Troopers arrested Hayes for Domestic Assault, Reckless Endangerment, Unlawful Mischief, and Negligent Operation of a Vehicle. Probation and Parole officers later took Hayes in custody for violating his probation. Hayes is due in Windsor Criminal Court on the 15th of this month.
