On May 28, 2015, the Lebanon Police Department, in conjunction with New Hampshire Probation and Parole, arrested two people on drug charges Nitacia Pero 19, of Lebanon, NH faces charges for controlled drug acts prohibited, heroin and cocaine. Pero was being held without bail and lodged at Grafton County House of Corrections pending her arraignment in Lebanon District Division, New Hampshire Second Circuit Court today.
David Reyes 24, of Springfield, MA is facing three counts of controlled drug acts prohibited with intent to sell, heroin, cocaine and marijuana. He was held on $35,000 cash bail and was transported to Grafton County House of Corrections with a Lebanon District Division, New Hampshire Second Circuit Court arraignment today.
Charges for both are felony level offenses punishable by a maximum term of imprisonment of not more than 7 years, a fine of not more than $100,000, or both.
